Basic Golden Milk Latte

SERVES: 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut, almond or cashew milk

  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric

  • pinch cinnamon

  • dash freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/2 Tbsp monk fruit, granulated

  • Optional: pinch ground ginger for extra warmth and to activate the digestion

Instructions:

  1. ​Heat the stove to medium heat. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and blend with whisk.

  2. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium low heat and let simmer for five minutes.

  3. Remove from the stove and pour into two mugs. Garnish with dash of cinnamon.
