Basic Golden Milk Latte

SERVES: 2 people
Ingredients:

2 cups coconut, almond or cashew milk

1/4 tsp ground turmeric

pinch cinnamon
-
dash freshly ground black pepper

1/2 Tbsp monk fruit, granulated

Optional: pinch ground ginger for extra warmth and to activate the digestion
Instructions:

Heat the stove to medium heat. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and blend with whisk.

Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium low heat and let simmer for five minutes.

Remove from the stove and pour into two mugs. Garnish with dash of cinnamon.
